Our collection of services
Sports Massage
Sports massage is a massage modality focused on enhancing athletic performance, preventing injuries, and promoting recovery by targeting specific muscles and addressing the needs of athletes.
Corrective Exercise
Corrective Exercise focuses on identifying and correcting movement dysfunction and imbalances to optimize functional movements and prevent injuries. It involves the application of personalized exercise programs and strategies tailored to address specific limitations or imbalances in order to enhance overall physical health and well-being.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to alleviate chronic muscle tension, promote relaxation, and address specific musculoskeletal issues.
Therapeutic Massage
A general term for massage techniques that aim to relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being by applying various pressure and movements tailored to the individual’s needs.
Cupping/Scraping
Cupping is a technique that involves placing suction cups on the skin to create a vacuum effect, which is believed to promote blood flow, relieve muscle tension, and alleviate pain. Fascial scarping, also known as instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, uses specialized tools to apply controlled pressure and friction to the fascia, aiming to release adhesions, improve mobility, and reduce pain.
Assisted Stretching
Assisted stretching is a technique where a practitioner helps guide and support your body through specific stretches. By applying controlled pressure and movement, it allows muscles to lengthen more effectively than stretching alone. This approach is believed to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, enhance circulation, and reduce stiffness or discomfort.
Structural Integration
A type of bodywork that focuses on aligning and balancing the body’s structure through deep manipulation of the fascia, aiming to improve posture, mobility, and overall physical function.
Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is a joint-health system focused on improving mobility, strength, and neurological control over the entire range of motion, rather than just the end ranges of movement. It uses techniques like Controlled Articular Rotations and Pales & Rails to "bulletproof" joints, increasing their resilience and function by developing strength and active control throughout the full range of motion, ultimately reducing injury risk and enhancing performance.

See why the pros choose Top Tier
I am hard on my body and I have high expectations for how quickly I expect it to recover and perform. My high volume of training and back to back competitions can wear me down and I have to find the best ways to recover. High demands have to be met by equally high efforts towards warm-ups, cool-downs, food and recovery. Bi-weekly sessions with Tyler are a staple in my recovery. Whether it is a sore muscle from training, helping me identify weaknesses or treating an injury he has been there to help me be the best athlete that I can.
