Tyler Recla is a seasoned Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massage. Tyler is also certified as a corrective exercise specialist and a certified personal trainer which aids Tyler in developing a personal plan for self care outside of the massage room for each and every client that walks through the door.
As an athlete himself, Tyler understands what it takes to take care of those hardcore athletes as well as the busy mother of 5 that can’t seem to find the relief she needs for her body. Tyler can customize and optimize each and every session to those individual needs.
Hallie Jensen is a licensed massage therapist in the state of Idaho specializing in deep tissue, range of motion restrictions, sports, working with athletes and everyday bodies to break through restrictions and help with the pain getting in the way.
Hallie enjoys being in the outdoors hiking, fishing, playing with her dog, and being in the water. She played her fair share of sports competitively and recreationally including snowboarding/skiing, basketball, and volleyball. After set backs in being active she found a new love for weight lifting that has continued to today.
