  • Shannon has had a lifelong passion for fitness, movement, and overall health. Growing up as a dedicated Taekwondo athlete, she competed in Olympic sparring and earned her 3rd degree black belt, gaining a deep understanding of the body in motion. She has also spent years strength training and currently competes in Powerlifting and Strongman, which provide her with valuable insight into the physical demands athletes face.

    Her professional background includes teaching Taekwondo athletes and personal training in the gym- experiences that strengthened her commitment to supporting others in their wellness journey. Shannon’s mission is to help her community achieve optimal movement, health, and pain relief through massage. She strives to empower clients with the knowledge and strategies needed to take control of their well-being, so they can continue doing the activities they love.

  • Tyler Recla is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Crossfunction Sports Massage Specialist. He knows a lot about sports, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms), and has training in Functional Range Assessments (FRA). Tyler can not only give excellent hands-on treatment with these advanced credentials, but he can also evaluate movement quality and come up with individualized self-care plans that go beyond the massage room.

    Tyler's mission is simple: to make massage therapy available to everyone while helping people regain full range of motion, improve performance, and get rid of pain through the use of massage, movement, and science-based mobility training. Paul Livesay

MASSAGE THERAPIST

  • Paul is a Licensed Massage Therapist originally from Ohio, with a lifelong background in athletics. Growing up, he participated in football, soccer, baseball, basketball, wrestling, and boxing, experiences that shaped his deep understanding of movement, performance, and recovery.

    In his early twenties, Paul worked as a personal trainer at Equinox in Santa Monica, California. During his tenure there, he furthered his education in kinesiology, strength and conditioning, and evidence-based program design. He developed a strong foundation in creating and implementing structured training plans tailored to help clients achieve measurable results safely and efficiently.

    Driven by a passion for supporting performance and recovery, Paul expanded his expertise by earning his massage therapy license. He now integrates his background in athletics and strength training with hands-on therapeutic techniques to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall physical performance.

    Outside of his professional work, Paul enjoys reading, continuous learning, and staying active through his own training pursuits.
